The Interview: We shall call the interviewer Charles McDoogle

McDoogle: so, Mr. Chips Ahoy, what happened to Rebecca Zahau?

Mr. Chips Ahoy: yeah so yeah so okay so yeah. We went out to this fancy seafood restaurant on the evening of July 12,2011. I had ordered a shrimp cocktail 🍸 with fish and chips.

McDoogle: Gurl, I ain’t ask you that. I asked; what happened to Rebecca Zahau?

Mr.Chips Ahoy: Oh. ✨OH✨ okay I understand the question now.

McDoogle:Then answer it, bitch.

Mr. Chips Ahoy: We arrived back at the mansion and I was staying in the guest house. Which is in CLOSE PROXIMITY to the room Rebecca was sleeping in.

McDoogle: Did you hear any noises?

Mr. Chips Ahoy: Nah, fam. I took an Ambien when we got back and I was sound asleep.

McDoogle: OH RLY? You do know that there is a witness that can attest to hearing a woman screaming for help, and loud music blaring. Explain that.

Mr. Chips Ahoy: I was ASLEEP 😴 I ain’t hear nothing. Because I was asleep. So since I was asleep sleeping I was asleep.

McDoogle: 🤨🤨 man. My man, my home skillet biscuit, that isn’t an alibi.

Mr. Chips Ahoy: ….. ✨sweating profusely ✨

McDoogle: You do know that people can still hear while they’re asleep. Unless you had noise canceling headphones or something like that.

Mr. Chips Ahoy: oh. I know. But when I sleep, I can’t hear. It’s a condition called “I am a lying sack of shit.”

✨Ya’ll that wasn’t the real interview. Cause I made that name up 🤭 ain’t no Charles McDoogle. He lives in my head. ✨

Pop quiz: What is 1+1? It’s two. How many people were at the Spreckles Mansion on the night of Rebecca Zahau’s death.

Person one: Rebecca Zahau (she will forever me #1 to me)

Person two: Mr. Chips Ahoy (professionally known as Adam Shacknai, I guess)

Only one woke up the next morning. And that was Mr. Chips Ahoy…

A brief pause and a fair warning ⚠️ since I am pretty deep in Rebecca Zahau’s case, I feel it necessary to issue a warning. This point on I will be discussing suicide, the death of a young child, the manner in which Rebecca was found and more. If any of this makes you uncomfortable, I apologize and understand why you wouldn’t want to read any further. Now, let’s look at our first piece of evidence: which we will call star ⭐️ constellation #1 ( I am not calling it this to be “cute” if you’re new to my blog I typically intertwine true crime and constellations. Like connecting stars ⭐️ it’s my method of untangling the details.

Star ⭐️ Constellation #1: The painted suicide note:

According to the San Diego Police Department, the crime scene was not considered a homicide; but rather a suicide. Which is absolutely infuriating that the justice system has failed so many people. How do they sleep at night? What police academy did they attend?

Anyway, the puzzle they pieces together was that Rebecca Zahau had committed suicide due to intense guilt over six- year old Max Shacknai’s fatal fall.

I JUST HAD AN EPIPHANY! I am so dumb.

Max fell off the two-story banister, and Rebecca was found hanging from a balcony. I smell motivation, opportunity, and espionage.

When I was a baby, I invented espionage. You are welcome.

The 36 Hour Window:🪟

Rebecca Zahau died 36 hours after Max fell from the two-story banister. Like, how strange is that?

With Max in the hospital in critical condition, it seems like the scene of Rebecca Zahau’s death was staged. I have no idea how they proceeded with the investigation and not even consider that Adam Shaknai,AKA Mr. Chips Ahoy, wasn’t a suspect?

Crime scene tampering can also occur in a lot of cases. There was a picture on a nightstand that showed a pair of gloves. Hmm 🤔
