DISCLAIMER: I do not in anyway shape in form, think that I know everything that happened to Rebecca Zahau. I CAN however use public evidence found at the scene and challenge the original ruling on Rebecca’s death .
My theories:
Since the San Diego Police department is hellbent on believing that Rebecca committed suicide, their wrong.

Breaking down what is shown in this photo, you can see footprints and toe prints that belonged to Rebecca. Given that she was found nude, this would make sense.
However, if you look to the left.. you can see the impression of a boot. If the boot print doesn’t belong to any of the officers that investigated this case, then who does it belong to?
I will give a red flag for the boot print alone. From what I am personally gathering from this is that Rebecca was thrown over the balcony.

The general controversy of this case is that some people choose to ignore the impossible manner of death.
Let’s say if Rebecca was planning to take her own life, how was she able to tie her hands behind her back, gag herself with her own clothing, and have her feet securely tied. This would mean that Rebecca would’ve had to have a lot of willpower to make it outside to the balcony.

Also, when you take time to look at the scene, you can see many inconsistencies. The photo above shows the supposed suicide note Rebecca wrote. The issue is the note is written in the third person.
If you look at the message closely, the message reads: “She saved him but can you save her“
Given the circumstances of the time, the message is in reference to the death of Jonah’s son, Max. Following this incident left a lot of tension, resentment, and motive in the air.
So you have to ask;
- Was someone extremely mad at Rebecca to the point where she was killed?
- Was this a revenge extracted crime?
- Why did Rebecca have to die in the first place?
One of the more complex aspect is… why was she naked?

Rebecca Zahu’s case one of the most controversial cases. The official ruling of Rebecca’s death faced a lot of scrutiny.
Adam’s alibi isn’t even an ALIBI at all. This is what baffles me the most about this.
The sheer fact that Rebecca was found bound should be raising more eyebrows.
I am glad to know that there are other people who believe the same thing.

So with that being said, I am on a mission to settle this.
See you next time! ❤ L.W.
