Hello 👋 friends it’s the weekend! I’m in Texas right now and we are set to get a snow storm 🌨️ this weekend. And yes, Ted Cruz has fled the state… again.

Anyway, this is a mini update on the Tepe case. This is my first time tracking a case in real time, and especially one so fresh, I feel like I can learn a lot about the process of a trial. Learning never hurts!

The picture above is so stunning. The way Spencer looks at Monique and I just my heart breaks for them and their children.

They had two young kids who are with family, and they have said that they don’t know how to break the news to them that their parents are no longer here. Out of respect I will keep the kids out of this case because they are young.

My only wish for them is to find all of the joy the world has to offer and I wish them a wonderful life ahead. They are not alone 💜

What I can share thus far is that Michael McKee has pleaded not guilty, of course.

He was also:

1. Arrested on January 10, 2026 by the
   Federal agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives at 10:30 A.M.
2. He was arrested at Chick-Fil-A lol 😂 why this is funny I don’t know. “Sir, can I have a chicken sandwich with a side of handcuffs?”
3. He was booked Winnebago County Jail where is waiting to be extradited to Ohio.
4. On Friday, January 16th, a grand jury in Franklin County voted to indict Mckee on the charges of; four counts of aggravated murder, and one count aggravated burglary.
5. A police warrant was issued when his vehicle was located near the Tepe household the morning of the shootings.
6. He was seen on surveillance footage around the Tepe home.
7. McKee’s property was searched and it led to a similar weapon involved in the murders.
8. McKee and Monique met at Ohio State University, and got married in 2016. The divorced in 2017.

In 2018, Monique met Spencer Tepe and they married in December 2020 shortly after purchasing a home. They as I mentioned, had two kids together.

McKee already has a bit of a murky past, as he was accused of medical malpractice.

He was very wide cheeks. lol
